Well it was an interesting conversation on trade radio, the conversation switched from Cadman to Wardlaw.

Cadman - country kid - flight risk
Wardlaw - city kid might handle sydney better.
I expect them to take Cadman but if they don't then we'll round out our forward line

HF : Tucker - Cadman - Sheezel
FF : Zurhaar - Larkey - Curtis
Int : CCJ

HENRY COULD ENTER DRAFT

OLLIE Henry is prepared to enter the draft if a deal can't be struck between Collingwood and Geelong by Wednesday night's trade deadline.

At this stage, the Magpies won't accept pick No. 25 for the player they used pick No.17 on in the 2020 NAB AFL Draft.

It is understood that the 20-year-old isn't prepared to return to Collingwood and wants to get back to the area where he grew up and play football with his older brother Jack.

Geelong used pick No.18 to secure Tanner Bruhn – another first-round pick from two years ago – last week, prioritising the midfielder over Henry.

The Cats have now secured pick No.7 from Gold Coast in a deal that included Jack Bowes, while pick No.33 could still be in play if they complete a trade with Port Adelaide for Esava Ratugolea.

However, a combination of picks No.25 and No.33 is not thought to be enough to meet Collingwood's trade demands for Henry. – Josh Gabelich

Why do I keep seeing people throwing Xerri to the Saints like we have another decent ruckman lined up after Goldstein is gone, what am I missing?
We can get a ruck of X's calibre every year for a third round pick.
Easily replaceable when Goldy finally retires.
We also have CCJ who is really not much of a downgrade on X.

Must be a weird feeling for you... normally everyone else is telling you to shut up

Not according to my post to like ratio. A few idiots hate me and well fine, makes my life easier.

The acurate one is my mate, so maybe let's all get on board North, and keep the unnecessary personal attacks off the board.

We have heaps of picks, so happy JHF is gone, Clarko in, what isn't there to like?!

Cheers and PM anytime.

National draft? Where by geelong would have to use pick 7 anyway?
If he went to the National Draft, surely the Cats don't take him at 7 and instead hope he makes it to 25? Bit of a gauntlet for him though, he might find there's a few AFL clubs a bit further from Geelong than the Melbourne based ones, that rate him somewhere between 7 and 25!
