We’ve basically gutted the place off field so it seems we have identified issues. Hopefully there’s a bit of short term pain that leads to long term pain.

If it takes a whole football department - players, coaches and others - to be successful and we look at things holistically, then arguably we've taken steps to address our perceived key issues.
