The recruiting of CCJ and Stephens should lead to Rawlings’ termination.

Three more ****ing years….
Can't be just on him, but they've not been the best inclusions. Even morphing them together'd get us something akin to Milton the monster.

The rumour is that nobles wanted ccj and clarko wanted Stephens.

And they weren’t going to take no as an answer
Starting to think that Noble was a stooge put in place on the advice of that fraud Roos, with the motive to sink us permanently. Stephens is still a good runner, and we lack runners, but he is a March champion if you will, closer scrutiny has found him almost anti-shinboner in his match application. Both need culling from the list, imo.

I’m rapidly losing hope however I’m blindly keeping faith that Clarko was able to make role players of Shoenmakers and Ellis.
Yep he's in our jumper so I'll get behind him if he plays, abusing him isn't going to improve his performance.
I'm just not sure he has what it takes physically in the contest and mentally (panics under pressure) to make it.
He can run and hit some nice kicks on occasion, but then he'll have some real poor turnovers.
I just view him as squad of 30 depth if we have some injuries, but I'd rather Ford or Duursma in the best 22.

It might seem like basics but he:

• Knows when to be the long sweeper off the back of a stoppage in the middle of the ground, and positions himself well in that respect
• Knows when to get back to chop the defence out and has the running capacity to do it
• Knows and has a clear understanding with Scott about how to track from a centre bounce
• Knows if he is the fat side winger to get back to the goal square and fill the hole
• Understands the layers of defending the ball carrier and doesn't get drawn in

He's so far ahead of any of our other wing options in this regard that it's worth persisting to get his confidence up so he can hurt with tackle and the ball.
Psicosis

These are wing basics that some on our list don't do.

Kind of hope that he doesn't play any senior footy this year and is hidden away in the VFL.

We are a weary supporter base who has put up with a lot of shit over recent years.

Both performances against Melbourne and West Coast are not good enough.

Enough of the flogging the dead horse.
Its almost tiring canning the bloke any time he plays because the man simply is not cut out for it.

At 24, he is in that great age range where the true capabilities shine. What do we see?

Now not all players need to be superstars, or even stars, and its ok to have players that just make good decisions and show great amounts of composure by that age as the penny should of dropped.

So that's what I am looking from Dylan I think, composure, hard work, and not being flustered - that's what we need from the 'older' players, something that helps inspire confidence and be a positive on the really young guys mental state in game.

Well, we aren't Collingwood so the likes of Dan Houston aren't lining up to join us
You're right Joe. But I'll never forget when Richmond threw a game against you guys in 1982 to win $20k so they could buy the Krakouer brothers. How'd that work out? It seemed so real.
