Yeah possibly? It was more the feeling of just having no awareness of anything, apart from being conscious. Like I didn’t even know I was a person, if that makes sense? It sounds ridiculous, but it was the most bizarre feeling for what felt like a few seconds.

Nah, not ridiculous at all. I have over the years experimented with Astral projection and can certainly relate to what you experienced.
Sleep paralysis is a pre-cursor to out of body experiences. It causes all sorts of weird feelings. I have posted one of the experiences i had previously in this thread.
