Found ourselves a 35 goal a year key forward and that's with him maintaining his current goals per game (1.5) and form, without any improvement.
Currently 25 turning 26 late June. Less than 2 years older than the King twins. He'll play another 6 seasons at this rate.

Has made the game worth watching seeing this guy being our only tall forward when the ball eventually makes it up there.
I questioned his selection and criticised him after his first game, but I’m so proud of his performances as he’s competed against some good defenders every week. Him being the only KPF I’ve been impressed with his fitness and the amount of running and work he does in a game. If he gets through the season I would just give him the JDM for Courage, Strength, Endurance, Improvement, Team Dedication and for doing the work of five blokes .
Love his hairdo as well as I can pick him out a mile away.

You mean you were WRONG about Lefau when you wrote him off on flimsy evidence TI?

There was no flimsy evidence used if you'd read my post on his first game, but just the evidence he provided for us all and a lot were all saying similar things. Dimma didn’t want Caddy who was a very dangerous forward. The current regime may have had a different outlook.

He wasn't even a noted goal kicker, strong mark or particularly crafty up forward in the VFL. It's crazy he's stepped in the AFL and instantly improved all facets of his forward game and keeps getting better.

Caddy was slow as a wet week. Couldn't play him, Dusty, Lynch and Riewoldt in the same forward line.
Not bashed around from playing continuous games of hard physical footy...
Ought to play till he's 35 like that phat puskins from the scatters!

What I like about him is that he is working hard. He isnt just sitting in the F50 but is actually making some leads. But he also wants to stay in the contest. Once his timing on his lead gets just a little better, he should be hit on the chest a lot more.

Also just watched the highlights on the clubs website. Amazing what can happen when we are pin point and lower the eyes when entering 50. Lefau leads hard and with the great hairdo he is hard to miss.
Also I am sure that the Aus Govt after Port Arthur initiated a gun buyback scheme but they have clearly missed Lefau because he is packing heat with those arms.

Very interesting watch what his role becomes if Lynch and Balta come back and Balta stays forward.
That's 3 marking targets and although Balta and Lefau are more mobile, they are still marking forwards and not contributing a whole heap at ground level so the structure will be interesting.
He may have been a bit slow but he knew how to get the ball and was very smart.
