Thought Gore played well today.
Get a week off this week so doubt it was rested I just think someone in the match committee was ‘convinced’ of Hewett’s form in the SANFLW
Which isn’t really a surprise given she never played bad to begin with and didn’t deserve to get dropped in the first place

Jones on report? It's interesting. There's so many tackles like that in the AFLw that are never penalised as dangerous tackles when I believe they should. But as the girls dont have the strength to really cause damage it's play on more often than not. I believe the umpiring should be stricter on dangerous tackles in the league. Could've stamped out tackles like this before this happened. Should it be a suspension? I dont believe so. 100% a free kick. But the AFLs obsession with penalising the outcome, rather than the action, because she got up, there's low impact yadda yadda, so probably gets off? l

They really weren’t, she shut down her opponent in defence including nullifying Vescio and had a really good number of rebounds and intercepts, they just were trying to shoehorn Charlton in without actually dropping a midfielder or forward like they should’ve for her.
Would be nice to win the Premiership the year before Port come in, would mean we would have 3 already, no doubt when Port do come in we won't be as strong so will be significantly harder.
Gore holds her spot on that showing. Obviously Randall does as well, Jones will if she isn't suspended.
Prowse looks good but isn't there yet. Don't see much in Dowrick. Hewett still clearly behind Gould and McKinnon.

Agree. I think it looks like a given Phillips will go to Port.
We won't be as dominant without her.
Thankfully, the frankly inexcusable loss to the Bulldogs ended up not costing us. Shades of 2019...
She'd be a loss, no doubt, but this is the first season where I've felt we could adequately cover her.
Her recent form has been really good.
I think she adds three or four goals to us.
Certainly gave a few away today! It would be better to keep her, no doubt.
