Could fill a bible with his gaffes from tonight. At one stage he pronounced Dan Houston’s last name in two different ways in the same sentence and then got confused when Richo brought up Hakeem Olajuwon when he used the phrase ‘Houston Rocket’.

He also pushed back on Hodge and Richo using ‘defensive one on one win/loss’ as a stat. ‘Never heard of that before’.

Following Essendon in 2015 and 2016 was bad enough knowing you were going to lose most weeks for two years in a row so I don't know how people have stuck by them into their 6th year of the doldrums.

It is easier to understand Geelong as a soccer team.

They are amazing without the ball. Like Inter Milan they can cede territory and possession and still destroy an opponent with attractive footy (when the stats look like they are just hitting you on the counter).

I believe this is 100% intentional.

This is like ANZAC day without the clearance domination. The number of shots makes the game look closer than it has been. Will be interesting to see how Carlton responds.

i50 entries 1 - 10 Carlton's way that last 10 minutes, not good stat, but fortunately for Geelong it only amounted to one goal for the Blues. Need to do better around the contest though.
