Same song as above (though spelled slightly differently), this time from American blues harmonica player in 1967.





Hugh Mundell - Feeling Alright Girl
Jamaican reggae singer who was shot dead in 1983. This was recorded in 1979 and is based on Augustus Pablo's Swing Easy rhythm. Seems to happen a lot in reggae music - tunes, rhythms and tempos borrowed or re-recorded.





Manu Chao - Me Gustas Tu
French artist who sings in multiple languages including Spanish. This from 2001.





Easy E - It's On
The rap battles completely passed me by but this was apparently part of a feud with Dr Dre.

UK space rock band. This dreamy trip is from 1992.

Canadian Daniel Snaith performs as Caribou. Electronic / indie / pop / house music. This from 2010.

I initially didn’t know what I thought about this cover. I didn’t know Combs and I didn’t like country. Felt cheap.

But the more I listen, and learn about the respect Combs had for Chapman and the song, and then see this - it’s a beautiful cover. Top tier.
