I reckon if they tried that the KDFL would lose 3/4 teams to the picola league, so they would struggle to get two div’s up anyway

That may be a possibility regardless of the southern clubs with a divide emerging in the junior football space in the KDL.

Would the addition of those three clubs (Yea, Alexandra, and Broadford) be more of a benefit and help address the divide considering how active they are in the Seymour comps fielding teams in every grade of the GMJFL from under 9 up to and including u14s?

Of course, chances are if AFLGM think any of their pet comps might be compromised by that sort of move IMO I think they would quash it pretty quickly just like they did with the Murray District concept….

Clubs having their sides play over 2 and 3 days of a week , at multiple venues is not sustainable .
We have been pretty lucky at Violet Town except for Rnd1 The Under 15s and 18s are with the club every game, can't say the same about the other sides it does make it hard especially with how hard it is to find trainers at the moment near impossible to get an extra one to go to a different ground
