This is probably a silly idea, but having seen Rachele have a few cameos down back as of late, I wonder if he could be a handy attacking small defender in the Johncock mould?

I know, I know, another first round pick not ending up in the position we recruited him for... but the cupboard is bare for us in that position (unless you count 190cm Michalanney as a small defender) and it would be a way to get him more involved in the play.

I think that we will see 187cm Oscar Ryan in the backlines at some point.

If going smaller/ more left field, I'd try Zac Taylor as a small defender.
