I’ve rewatched a few games this year and fair to say IQ was incredibly impressive.

He won so many important marking contests on the defensive 50 line. It happened in all 3 of the finals. He takes that pressure reliving mark when the opposition look ready to attack.

Also, if you watch him at “big” marking contests, he tends to run behind the pack. He would be at the front of the pack, but then actually runs maybe 3 metres behind the pack. He acts as the spare man whilst our other defenders attack the contest.
