Port got right on top around the footy that quarter (10 clearances to 4, centre clearance 4-0) and made the most of it.

Port got on the surge there, they have some quick and powerful players. They're lucky being one of only two teams to recruit players from a footy state in SA. Just ploughing through the contests.

We lost a couple of our best players, from a team that couldn't afford to. We haven't been gifted the handouts that other clubs have.

If not for the expansion sides we'd be winless. Yes we've had a stiff run with lists and injuries Im not questioning that , but at the end of the day weve shown zero improvement in 4 seasons. Is that ALL down to bad luck?

Nice little fightback at the beginning of the quarter - shame we couldn't go on with it. Patrikios really starting to get that deft touch back into her game. Really need her to get back to that.

If not for expansion sides we would still have a couple of our best players! You can't have that argument haha. And Dal Santo wasn't coaching us four seasons ago! I wouldn't say "zero" improvement, more like others have accelerated growth thanks to their recruiting.

Blaming the coach is a bit misguided. You can only do so much with what you have. I'm not at all saying we're perfect, our recruiting needs to improve, we haven't brought in enough youth. Having said that, we already have one of the youngest teams in the league!
