In his own words
What type of player are you?
I don’t panic under pressure, I’m good in traffic, a good decision maker and I use the ball well.

Which AFL player do you feel you resemble, and why?
Nick Dal Santo. Seems like he has heaps of time and doesn’t panic. He makes good decisions.

What are your strengths as a footballer?
Decision making, willingness to achieve, poise and belief.

What parts of your game would you like to improve?
Strength, fitness and possession count.

Which AFL team do you support and how did you come to barrack for them?
Essendon. I chose to support them as a young kid.

Who has been the biggest influence on your career so far, and why?
Parents. They believe in me and are always there for support.

Ooh, pretty.

Does he fill our 'ranga' quota? Hard to tell (and I've never seen the bloke), but with his skin tone (or lack of) and freckles, I'm calling it. Go the ranga!

Highlights package is impressive. Seems good overhead and hits his target regularly. I know that is why it is called a "highlight" package but at least it shows he has the potential to accomplish a high level of quality possession.

"Mattys an inside midfielder who is a really good decision maker, clean by hand and feet, and he played three of the five games for Vic Metro this year. Just a genuine, in close midfielder"

- Eastern Ranges region manager, Anthony Parkin.

He sees himself as a bit of a Dal Santo, you would be happy.

Welcome aboard Little Bon (I reckon the players are more likely to call HIM Bon than the coach). As long as they don't call him Adam, after the wet lipped woosy golfer, I'll be happy.
