Lots of goosebumps moments watching Kane Lambert's show reel. Wow. What a killer he was at clutch moments. We should have nicknamed him The Dagger!

Will go down as a Tiger great. Thanks for the memories Kane.
In tears watching this,, wow what a champion
A true legend and a huge legacy he has left
Thanks toad, look after Bruno woof woof

His speech to the players is up. Very emotional. Big week for the club this week with his retirement and Shedda’s 300th. Lets hope we are up for the fight on Sunday and do it for Kane and Shane

Farewell Kane. Will forever hold a place in the hearts of Richmond fans for the part he played in bringing success to Richmond. Hopefully he is kept around as a coach in some way.

Could always count on Kane to stand up in big moments! Port prelim final in 2020 when he kicked 2 clutch final quarter goals to win us the game stands out most. Incredible club man

Interested on the timing… effective immediately. Could it be evidence that the club is conceding that we are unlikely to make finals and therefore no point trying to get him up for a last roll of the dice. No other explanation on why this is coming this week, as opposed to season end or earlier on. This chronic condition has been there since start of the year.

Could also explain why Dimma lashed out… must be so frustrated at how the season went south over the last weeks

Wouldn't be against Kane being put on as a development coach first and foremost and work his way towards becoming an assistant or future head coach down the track.

Thought Lambert played really well, took some strong marks for a bloke that's only 178cm.
Also liked that Castagna kid, got plenty of it, didn't use it exceptionally well though.
If Lambert keeps to that standard in the next 2 NAB games I'd hope he's a starter come round 1.
All the best lambo what a star.

Loved this post from way back in 2015, pretty much nothing has changed with the castagna kid lol

I think he is just cooked. He said it himself, he can't contribute anymore. He could to some extent at the start of the year.
