Is that for 2021 or another year in the foreseeable future?By March 6th I believe
This is stupid, no one is going to buy a ticket in advance to a VFL game unless they are diehards, most just decide on the day, this could kill the standalone clubs IMO.I understand clubs will receive fixture over this weekend. So hopefully it will be out next week.
For those going to games in Victoria this season (outside Curtain raiser games) it is likely there will be no walk ups for games this season due to Covid rules. Everyone including members will need a barcoded ticket to get in.
I believe clubs will also be allowed 50% capacity for example if capacity is normally 8000 then 4000 will be allowed.
I agree that it is ridiculous. Can somebody tell me what the point of a vaccine is if we are still compromised? To still not have a fixture and then for these proposed restrictions stinks. The AFL want bums on seats in front of the TV, so slashing crowd numbers ensures higher ratings. Its time to cut the crap and the inconsistencies around this. This is stupid, no one is going to buy a ticket in advance to a VFL game unless they are diehards, most just decide on the day, this could kill the standalone clubs IMO.

it was too bogged down with "The VFL admin is rubbish" comments. Go there for that, let's talk here about who is playing well, who will win the flag, who we're looking forward to seeing play etc...I mean we already had a discussion thread but okay
The stand alone clubs rely on those exact same die hards that would pre book a ticket to a VFL match, because they love their club. This is stupid, no one is going to buy a ticket in advance to a VFL game unless they are diehards, most just decide on the day, this could kill the standalone clubs IMO.
Aspley are scheduled to play Port Melbourne round 1 at Aspley, if the draft draw isn't changed.I understand clubs will receive fixture over this weekend. So hopefully it will be out next week.

Mid Junewhens the fixture coming out
Surely your taking the piss with that last bitClubs have the draft fixture, so hopefully will be out in next few days
Interesting to note it is not straight forward with 22 teams and 16 rounds- that there are only 5 teams you don't play
I understand at least one club will not play as many as 9 teams as they play 3 games against one opposition and 2 against another.
Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s one of the northern AFL teams as that was what happened in the NEAFLClubs have the draft fixture, so hopefully will be out in next few days
