Amusing seeing Fudger trying to compare Saad with Quaynor... Mind you, this is with two games Saad was subbed out of with injury too so his averages would be even farther ahead of Quaynor lmao. It's not even close.

More garbage analysis. Qaynor does roles like playing on Jeremy Cameron and did really well last year despite his foot problems and being 8 inches shorter.
Probably using totals rather than averages againAmusing seeing Fudger trying to compare Saad with Quaynor... Mind you, this is with two games Saad was subbed out of with injury too so his averages would be even farther ahead of Quaynor lmao. It's not even close.

Yeah, I like my defenders to actually be able to... defend.Amusing seeing Fudger trying to compare Saad with Quaynor... Mind you, this is with two games Saad was subbed out of with injury too so his averages would be even farther ahead of Quaynor lmao. It's not even close.

Hell... Even Saads 2023 which wasn't as good as his 2022 was statistically ahead of Quaynors lmao
Lol what are you talking about - Saad is a great defender. His closing speed is probably the best in the AFL and makes him very hard to beat even if caught out of position and he often takes a dangerous opposition small forward. If anything he's become too defensive and we should unleash him more going forwardYeah, I like my defenders to actually be able to... defend.
Where is that metric on your stats sheet?
Not a lot in it over the last 3 years Fadge. When you consider that, and then how far behind Quaynor is offensively in that same time period it's pretty laughable to make the argument he'd be selected ahead of Saad in a combined team.Yeah, I like my defenders to actually be able to... defend.
Where is that metric on your stats sheet?
It should be noted in 2024 he was only in 7 one on one contests all year so not much of a sample for %s to be usefulNot a lot in it over the last 3 years Fadge. Especially when you consider how far behind Quaynor is offensively in that same time period.

Plenty, I posted this list in a combined 22. Maynard, Moore, Houston, Daicos x2, Hill, Elliot, Cameron, Crisp and Schultz would certainly get a game. If Newman wasn't injured he'd come in for someone.Which Pies players would get a game in Carlton’s 23?
Indeed. Either way, the gap offensively is so large a slight difference in defensive ability wouldn't really make a difference. It should be noted in 2024 he was only in 7 one on one contests all year so not much of a sample for %s to be useful
They can rate their players however they want but coming up with stuff like Saad can't defend is bizarre. Especially if this is supposed to be a serious attempt at footy analysisTell ya what carlton_99 Arr0w
The Pies muppets have gone awfully quite after being hit with some stats. Perhaps they've realised their old codgers aren't as good as they think anymore.
