What would a Dutton Liberal leadership mean for the Liberals and the country?

That’s probably as low as it gets
He's desperately hoping something like that happens here so he can do that blank stare of his and intone into the camera that Labor can't keep us safe and immigrants are going to kill us. It's all he has.

Oh dear. Even Australia's leading financial paper has turned the heat up on Dutton's credibility.

Dutton has released just ONE costed detailed policy item since becoming the leader of the Federal Coalition almost three years ago. Just one.

And the economic credibility of that proposal - that is, (or was going to be) the centre piece of the LNP election strategy has been systematically destroyed by every respected financial journalist in the country, including those who could never in a million years be labelled as liberal or 'leftist'.

Can't wait to see what the former Qld copper does now. Reckon the odds he comes up with another culture wars distraction are pretty short - punching down is the only thing he seems to be proficient at.

Colour me shocked:

Yeah no doubt his sitting at home thinking “I know what I need, a bunch of needless deaths via an act of terrorism” you bunch are a pack of **** wits if you honestly believe that
Show us where Dutton has not grabbed a chance to go low. "Statesmanlike" and "Dutton". Yeah nah, two words you don't see together for a reason.
