How did ____ go on the weekend?

Why not consult the Alesana Player Video Database.

heck Champion is slick. Grego bellies a snap on goal after Champion somehow extricates himself from 15 tackles at ground level.

Follows it up with a blind tap over his head to keep the next passage alive. Looks a difference maker.

Sharks go right up the middle after a behind and go coast to coast in 10 seconds.

Beagles are looking ok but need one or two more players to win a game like this.

50-78.

Shanahan playing forward then? How’s he going?
I’ve only been watching since QT, but he’s presenting very well and has a great set of hands. Looks bigger than his peers for such a young tall. Has scrubbed two kicks but also hit a really deft one to a leading teammate.

As I’m typing he’s just high pointed another one 20m out after a Bo Allan clearance, but a block in an unrelated pairing takes it away.

I’m impressed.

Allan at the centre bounce, has his pants pulled down but gets the clearance in his jocks. Handballs to Flynn who cruelly handballs back, and he kicks it inside 50.

Petch goals on a lead shortly after, has his fourth.

56-78.

If we had sparks and only had 1 emergency for afl instead of 2 we'd be up to our necks in this, like i am with all your mothers

Or if we’d added one or two genuine WAFL players to replace the ones we lost.

The most experienced player on our top up list is Datson, the guy we got for Ruscoe, and we’ve left him out for some reason.

How’s Bazzo going down back ?
Quiet. Couple of ok spoils but no standout that I’ve seen.

Effervescent wingman (half back flanker) Harvey Johnston has been the pick of the back six.

Taking some beautiful marks at the highest point, one of those players that seem to glide in the air and on the ground, always walks on and runs on his toes. Has been soft at the contest and tackling at times. Also had a set shot at goal from close to 50m and only came off maybe 10 steps and never actually broke into a jog so to speak, it ended up being marked by Flynn on the goal line.
Offensively he looks very good, defensively he has work to do.

Without stats to back it up, it certainly feels like Allan got a bit more involved that term after being moved into the middle. Getting some treatment from some lifetime WAFL scrub but doesn’t seem too interested in the post stoppage scrap that he’s trying to be baited into.

Certainly not banging the door down for a debut on today’s form, but **** he’s quick once he gets the ball.

Petch moved into the opening centre bounce to start Q4.

Champion has to be given an opportunity, makes stuff happen. Livingstone held in the square for no call or we’d have the first. Spoiled out of bounds by the third man in.

AND FLYNN GOALS FROM THE THROW IN. CHECKSIDE 2M ABOVE THE GROUND THAT SIZZLES PAST EVERYONE.

62-91. Flynn has two and has been very good.
