Adam Kingsley was on Dyl & Friends and does something that coaches always do. When talking about relationship with his players he called it the 'connection piece'.

At one point he was talking about how watching his family doing things makes him happy and he called it the 'family piece'.

Sounds so ridiculous to me.

One that still gets quoted frequently amongst my family is “Sizzilating” (scintillating), courtesy of Clarko on the ABC about 10 years ago

I wish this thread wasn't just for sporting stuff. I hear so many courtesy of the radio newsreaders we have these days.

(Latest was in reference to a heinous crime with 'heinous' pronounced "heen-ious').
eh, bring it! My thread, my rules :laughv1: :thumbsupv1:

I was dozing at the time but I reckon I heard this on Saturday night. Joel Selwood was interviewing an Auskick kid and said something along the lines of "I heard you have two dogs". The kid replied "One of them died". Joel's reply "Is he OK?"

As I noted, I was out to it but I hope I heard it right

Hard to imagine an ex-footy player being that stupid.

Then again, no it's not.
