'The AFL today announced a change to the fixture rules which now state that any team that has won back to back flags since 2018 can not benefit from dropping down into the middle 6 of the ladder and getting a softer draw. AFL General Manger of Football Operations #shocking said "After nobbling Richmond with the new stand rules as well as fisting them weekly with the umpiring, we've decided to implement a new change to stop them from taking advantage of a softer draw. As such Richmond will not play any side that finished below 5th twice. We're also investigating the possibility of Richmond having to play Geelong in Geelong given they struggled to attract a crowd in the latter part of the season. Finally after a number of complaints about Richmond receiving an easy run by getting long runs of games at the MCG, we have decided that Richmond will play only 11 games at the MCG. There will be 6 home games and then 5 away games against Melbourne Collingwood Essendon Hawthorn & Carlton. Richmonds remaining 5 home games in Victoria will be at Marvel Stadium against Bulldogs Saints North Gold Coast & Port." Hocking could be heard cackling as he walked away after making the announcements. They’ll change fixture rules next year and fist our poo dots
