Put your hands on the table in front of you, extend your fingers out. Now retract any finger.

Counting from the left, what number finger did you retract?
The fingers still extended to the left are your first digit (tens)
The fingers still extended to the right are your second digit (ones).

Left pinky = 0,9
Left ring = 1,8
Left middle = 2,7...etc

So if you pull back your finger on the far left, you have 9. That is the first 9s in the times table sequence.

You then pull back your second to left finger- there is 1 and 8 ie. 18. The second 9s in the timestables... etc etc..

I hate businesses that send you forms that are required to be filled out and sent back electronically "just click on the empty space and fill in the details". Easy enough!!!! except when the screen doesn't let you fill in any details lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't edit pdf's, nor will google documents open a text editor to be able to fill in the "enter text in here" fields. All it leads to is telling the place to print out and post the documents and they'll get filled out manually with a pen.
