Actually been taking two new supplements. A green boost thing and Mag 4. My poo has been off the charts with the green stuff and mag 4 one has helped with recovery and sleep.

Vit D is also important to assist with Calcium absorption so if you do have issues with Calcium and are taking supplements boosting VitD is super beneficialStarted taking vitamin D3 and Fish oil in high doses a few of months ago.
Feeling heaps better.
During Covid I read that super high doses of vitamin D3 (5x a day) was the most effective ways of staying alive and fighting covid. Seems to work well on other infections and ailments too.
Also great for hair growth. Only very slightly receding at my age so lucky in that respect but the vitamin D has definaty showing signs of filling in what I have lost.
Note- On the downside I've had to shave down for summer this year but gunna be warm and toasty come winter.
