Tsimikas still walking around with crutches doesn’t look good.

Also side note, from our matchday squad, Kelleher, Trent, Gomez, Jaros, Davies, Quansah, Jones, Elliott, Nyoni and Morton have played Academy football for us.

I thought the same thing too, but I wasn't a fan of shifting Gomez from CB with the way we were dominating back there. Good to know Quansah has that string to his bow now.
He’s surprisingly fast too. Was fun watching him overlap down the right wing.

Right and light wing backs are very light on depth. Need reinforcements/developing there.

I think calling Gomez and Elliott academy kids is a bit of a stretch.

Wouldn’t be surprised if it’s just precautionary non weight bearing to maximise recovery. You see players wear moon boots right up to match day.

So when is Tsimikas due back?
Slot said he will miss the Newcastle and Everton games.

Can Endo play fullback?

Biggest concern is running Robbo into the ground, not sure he can play 3 games a week every week like he used to
Jones can play RB.

If we need also we can recall Nat Phillips, Owen Beck or Luca Stephenson, or give Amara Nallo or James Norris a game.

Let's run a poll.

What was Pep Guardiola referring to when holding up 6 fingers to LFC fans at Anfield?

a) The number of Champions League titles LFC has won

b) The amount of divisions City are going to drop if City suffer a guilty verdict on the 115 charges court case

c) The amount of goals Liverpool should have scored in this morning's game

d) The amount of PL games he finds himself without a win

My choice is a)
Pep has won 6 EPL Titles

Is Isak gonna miss the game? He didnt play on the weekend did he through injury?
Pretty sure he got injured on the weekend and had to come off early if my memory is playing ball.

Edit - Eddie said it was a contact injury not a muscle but isn’t sure of severity.

Allison’s hamstring is worse than first thought.
He was meant to be back for the Southampton game and has missed that plus 3.
Jota has now missed 6 weeks and again were none the wiser on his return.

Hopefully Tsimikas comes back soon but losing Konate and Bradley till January is frustrating.

VVD nominated for the FIFPRO World XI.
