When and if there is actual proof ie evidence and a court case I for one will WELCOME it

Well then, biden should be impeached and indicted just like trump for having classified docs...except trump will argue presidential right to declassify...biden as vp then as senator had no right to declassify. So based on that they both had classified docs and the democrats are all over it being a crime, they should be demanding the beginning of an impeachment of biden tomorrow so they can then quickly indict him just the same

You seriously have you head in another alternate universe.

It is quite simple, when one was asked to return they did, the other chose not to and refused to do so.

Quite simple premise to understand if one actually engages their brain.

Now if Biden is found to have committed a crime then he also is to be held accountable for his actions. I’m pretty sure no-one on here believes any president, both past or present, is above the law.

And Trump hasn’t been impeached because of having classified documents.

Lol..we are way past that and we are at the point where the said indictments have already been pulled apart by legal experts to show just how tough they will be to get through and thats if the whole trial is not thrown out before it starts on a serious misconduct charge against the prosecution
