She actually got the job on The Biggest Loser because she had successfully lost a lot of weight herself and was thus able to relate to the contestants as they fought to lose weight on the show.

Unfortunately, like most obese people, she eventually fell back into the patterns and lifestyle choices which saw her gain the weight originally - resulting in her ending up as you see her in the pictures above.

I would be interested to see a "what do they look like now?" episode of The Biggest Loser, to see how many of the contestants have succeeded in keeping the weight off - and how many have since returned to their former body shape. I would be surprised if more than 20% of them managed to keep the weight off long term.

Thats the bit I dont get here, the photo of her drinking diet coke looks like a set-up. Considering Jessica Simpson got something like $4mil out of Weight Watchers the skeptic in me thinks this is some kind of shameless self promotion to get herself a pay day from a tv show or weight loss company.

it sickens me (maybe too strong a word) to see people who make money and achieve fame by going on reality shows like biggest loser then reverting to old self.

she is profiting from book sales on dieting etc. how would those who have idolised her over the years be now seeing her become a larger than life person.

on a similar, but at times different note, rikki lee coulter (whatever her name is). went on idol, crapped on about how proud she is of her curves (and rightly so) then gets $$$ from jenny craig or whoever to be their face.
