i have genuinely never seen anything that exemplifies the term "f***ing loser" more than this

Typifies a Crows supporter. More interested in us than themselves. Wearing a guernsey themed after us and one of our results, and not their own.

Shit club, no history?

I'd be genuinely embarrassed if I saw a Port supporter wearing some pissant shirt about the 2017 Grand Final or the 2020 Wooden Spoon. It's just pathetic in every sense of the word - you've got **** all reasons to cheer for your own team so you get off on the losses of your rival?

The air is thick with irrelevance down at West Lakes.

Difference is, last year the fixture was changed prior to the game to a 17 game season and in doing so took away the Crows showdown, but left the only one for the year as our game.

We didn't give them our tickets, we just shared some because they weren't getting a showdown. The call for a 50/50 split of tickets was reasonable, but given we had ownership we denied that and looked after our fans. Which was good, fu** them.

So I'd expect they might do the same and give us a few, that'd be it, and that'd be fair. We've had our showdown and can't complain. This is their only home showdown in 2 years and with a far more limited capacity than what we got to have.

Thanks for the context. I think your assessment is fair.

I love this. Their obsession with all things Port continues unabated. We are their sole raison d'être and this sort of thing does nothing but reinforce that. I mean seriously, what Port supporter would be upset by this?

Couldn’t have put it better myself. You’d have to be enduring a self-awareness famine to think this is in any way a ‘win’.

sh*t club, no history?
I had the misfortune of talking to a Crows fan about football yesterday. He informed me that the club is in year 4 of a 10 year rebuild, after which everything at West Lakes will be rosy again. I felt dumber for the experience.

What are they rebuilding? The ****ing Pyramids of Giza?

Ahhhh the child no one wanted but now there stuck with them. I've had cow supporters come up with they have existed since 1860 smh. To counter act us existing since 1870.

Just have to turn this around.

The Crows supporters are getting behind the #bringbackthebars campaign by wearing them on our behalf in their own colours, knowing that Port supporters cannot get tickets to this game.

We thank them for unifying in support behind us as a part of our campaign.

The 119 on the back of the jumper is a stark reminder to the AFL of what happens when you try to remove the heritage from a football club.
The attempt to tear us apart was reflected on the field back in 2007. Never again.

I don't hate crows supporters, I pity them. Imagine having to sit next to Sturt, Norwood and Glenelg supporters cheering for a Frankenstein created out of hate. Anytime someone brings up cognitive dissonance, I think of the tortured souls trapped by the dying corpse of the SANFL. Wishing death upon our club, which in their eyes never existed to play their old clubs, blinded to the fact their own clubs died years ago. Ports by 60.

So we get 6 more years of them being a basket case? That's awesome!

Their list is that ordinary that it genuinely might take 10 years to be competitive again.
In saying that though, long gone are the days that finishing above the Crows is deserving of an honourable mention. Port have to start winning flags so the mantra "We exist to win Premierships" isn't a hollow ambition.
