For me it's out of DevSmith and CTaylor to cut. I don't think Dev is a keeper, so I'm leaning towards the purely financial decision, which means Dev goes this week.
Comparing his amazing 2018 to his 2020, he's down in every stat. He looks slow, lazy and unfit. I can't see how he turns this around

Dev has already had his bye though and the forwards are average this year...he may not be a keeper but your side mist not have many problems if he is your biggest problem to deal with atm...id keep him now and trade him later once you have an otherwise full team.

I agree mostly, especially up until this point, but now it's just I see him as a rookie that has to go, and with a BE of 100, it's time to cull. Anyway I'm still thinking about it, but yeah, I don't see where the improvement is going to come from, he's not getting enough of the ball. I strongly believe Curtis Taylor will score more than him this week.

JYD was a fav, Iron Sheik too.
The show we saw had both. My mate heard that JYD fans in Merica throw dog bikkies at him.
So he brought with him dog bikkies, kent was eating them on the train ride in too.
Started throwing them into the ring when JYD match started. Then a fight started in the public fist couple of rows.
Wrestlers went off, bouncers looking after the fight so my mate ran down & jumped in the ring, got on the bottom rope in a corner & started yelling out "Killer bees woo, sting like a bee,woo!" Not original but 15yrs old.
Oh yeah for context it was killer bees v JYD & some other kent I can't remember.

Likely McInerney and Pickett for Dusty and Close.
Sub-470k Dusty is a bargain IMO. Will move him to FWD when Rankine/Georgiades have mooed. Always finishes off the year well, and will look to fire especially with Tigers on the outer at this stage. Looks set to go.

He'll probably be one of the first scores you delete to get down to 18 players. In BBL SC teams play twice in a round so everyone jumps on their poor scoring players. Even with 2 games they usually score worse than better players with one game. He doesn't even get two games in the same round.
Anyway, didn't I read on here earlier that Smith was carrying an injury and his training was being "managed" by the club. Can't see him improving anytime soon.
Edit: Can't find that about Smith now. I'm sure I read it though .... or has this stuffed up season stuffed up my memory too?

This staggered team release is bullshit. This round is effectively structured the same as every other rounds (in terms of the days teams are playing) with the exception of tomorrow night - why the **** can't they release the weekend's teams on Thursday night as usual??? Ruining my trade plans the flogs, would love to trade Devon out but can't do it in confidence if I don't know what happening with SHill

Thinking 3 different options at this stage
Option 1 berry to smith, Simpson to close and Williamson to Stewart holding doedee with starce covering him.
Option 2 smith to smith, berry to close and Bennell to Duncan meaning Williamson and starce on field this week, with doedee on the bench but only one mid rookie on field.
Option 3 smith to smith berry to close and Williamson to the gull again holding doedee. But one rookie on field down back.
Thoughts on which option sounds better?
