Anyone notice Nick Daicos also does this?

Wouldn't be surprised if there's an era of mids who've been coached to do the give and get and it takes time for them to get the balance right at AFL level.

Thought Will looked a lot better at making the right call yesterday.

99% of Will’s one twos have been totally justified and contributed positively to ball movement.

The other 1% are like two handballs he’s given to Levi and Llordo pulled out 1 of them.

Was lucky enough to head to Adelaide, great atmosphere at Norwood and at gather round in general.

Biggest issue for our game was the heat and people trying to find seats in the grandstand which was the only shaded area. They will need to make that area ticketed separately in the future in my opinion as there was too many people trying to squeeze into the bench seats they have there.

One guy in particular was quite aggressive to a mother in front of us whose family had gone to get a drink so she appeared to have some space around her. A guy double parked with 2 Canadian clubs had a dig at her which was totally unnecessary, thankfully a few people stood up for her though.

All round a great day and weekend though. The Barossa was unreal as was the atmosphere at AO

Had a great weekend there as well, we were able to hide in the shade up the opposite end next to one of the food trucks. Had no idea of where the ball was up the other end though, the LED boards were awful.

Went out to McLaren Vale for lunch and wine tasting as well, had a great great meal. Hopefully we get a barossa game next year against a dreadful team!

Cal really doesn't get enough love from the coaches

Unassuming Ah Chee

Callum Ah Chee is forever an unheralded footballer when you consider the star-studded side he plays in.
He is an unassuming operator who rarely gets flustered and more often than not makes something happen when he has ball in hand.
That was the case yet again on the weekend as the Lions recovered from a 33-point half-time deficit to run over the top of the Western Bulldogs.
Ah Chee held his nerve with two crucial goals in the fourth quarter and finished with 22 disposals, seven score involvements and three goal assists.
Lions fans would be used to his work but the rest of us probably don’t hear about it enough.

Who cares? AA is joke ever since thy picked Pavlich as fullback.Yes I have a memory like an elephant.

That's the point I was making. Hugh will be named AA wing in the year he plays full time mid.

Watching Fages on AFL360 and he got asked who stood up when he asked who was playing near their best footy at halftime. He said no one stood up but Logan Morris should’ve because he was playing very well in the first half. Jay Clark’s incorrect sources strikes again.

I reckon Fages is trying to kill the idea that anyone stood up because the media will never forget when he's not going so hot.
