My biggest disappointment thus far is the fact we're making a multiple group 1 winning spud like Sam Reid look like Wayne Carey...

We are not out of it but need to put our heads on and start caring a bit more.

Members scarf and membership can be found lying somewhere in the Members Bar.

Anyone want a free ticket to next week?

All yours.

Flogs.

Really disappointing today. Boys look well and truly cooked.

Time to put some broken kids out to pasture, Haynes, Smith, WHE, Lobb etc

Whitfield needs to have a massive off season and put some genuine beef on.

Leon has to bring Tommo and Kennedy back in as well as blood Ahern and Pickett.

Losing Mumford, Shiel and Davis for the season, plus Scully, Smith and Buntine for weeks, is hard to overcome.

But that shit was weak.

There is an injury scale. And I'm afraid ours has well and truly tipped

There was no push, no shove, no urgency today. They boys have fought on. But so many Injuries to top 22 finally hurts you

Yeah that's true, but there's also effort. And today, those that ran out on the field didn't really give one.

Agreed. We've battled on to this point but there's only so much any list can sustain. Just disappointing to see the defensive side of our game especially fall off so much this week - forgetting the poor disposal and slow decision making with the ball in hand, we should've been scrapping and scraping going the other way.

So do we keep playing Treloar? thinking not as at the moment his only running one way and would like to see Ahern get a look in

I was watching a different game to you. Treloar was nowhere near his best (granted) but he was still getting in there and getting ball. His tackles weren't sticking as well as they would and that is what we were missing most from him.

My guess is that both he and Cogs weren't 100% and they only played them because we needed them today if we were to have a chance.

Ahern is not setting the world on fire in the NEAFL yet either. I'd play Townsend or Barrett before him.

The damning thing about Treloar is his lack of defensive effort and the dropping of his head when things go against him.

He's happy to do the flashy things, his ego wouldn't allow him not too, but he picks and chooses when to get involved and that isn't good enough.

If he's going then go but give everything before you leave...like Buddy Franklin did.
