Previous worse loss this year (before this game) was 29 vs South at SCG..didn’t honestly think the Mutts would put us to the sword like this
Gutted.
I have a feeling this loss is going to be catastrophic
No guarantee that Bedford and Daniels will recover.
Briggs is done
I think there will be at least one MRP decision to worry about and one of the is Toby Greene.
And with how bruising that game was I feel there may be a few sore bodies.
Could end up being a lot more than a loss today.
However the positive is we still get to play in Sydney, all be it at the SCG. With no ruckman

This is a pretty crappy stadium … not sure how Mars Stadium is AFL standard when winds and rain make it a bit of a lottery

Very disappointed…good thing is we have a week off to recover and tweak our plans for the Swans
Disappointing but the writing was on the wall with late withdrawals.
Despite getting smashed in the middle, we held them up for a while and it looks like the call was made to not get further injuries.
Briggs will continue in the finals as long as nothing structural was done.

Our 2nd lowest scoring match this year (in addition to being our worst loss of 2024)…our lowest score this year was also against the Mutts - 43 at Giants Stadium
Liam Jones will miss the first final. He's never played a final in his career.
