Too early to do this of course, but Duggan will likely miss and you'd think Hutchinson won't play next time. Kelly will be back. Then we will see if Allen & Hewitt will be back? more than likely they will play WAFL?

I'm not sure if risking them is worth it given it will be a tough assignment anyway.

Rest everyone, send a team of random shit campaigners to just give zero shits about the score and just belt the druggie players around. That I would enjoy watching instead of what happened today.

If Simpson plays either Sheed or Gaff next game, I want him sacked at the end of the season.

If he plays both, I want him moved on immediately.

Bringing back players who are the antithesis of the new gameplan we are trying to implement is the high point of stupidity. Culley added to that slow mix but we need to see what he has at this level.

This may be seen as a 'melt', but I've had enough. Learn from the last 5 years or move on.

They've been great servants of the club, but their time has more than passed.

Don't mind the idea of Maric to half back to play a Birchall-type role. Has great skills and is pretty evasive.

Dewar and Brockman put their hands up today and will add some much needed pace.

Treat it like a mini pre-season and put some positions up for grabs.

I am very measured with my opinion of Gaff and Sheed - but both of them can’t play.

Kelly and Hunt must return - could probably straight swap for Gaff and Sheed and we are instantly better.

Jack Hutchinson goes out as he clearly isn’t ready and ridiculously saw Waterman straying way too far from goal at times against North.

I don’t like Jamaine Jones and would rather he is not in the team. He adds absolutely nothing.

Harry Edwards may be required against Essendon’s marking talls but again, costs goals with stupid football.

Willing to persist with Culley for another game but not sure where he fits beyond that. Does not look like an AFL midfielder.

Oscar Allen should have some genuine urgency to get back out there….but will probably be given more time.

Bailey Williams was a genuine liability at times against North and I think he goes out as soon as Oscar returns.

It's early for this but I would like to see Kelly in for Sheed, give Culley a run to find form at the next level and see if he improves.

Duggan should be ok with the bye.

Brockman is a chance to play up forward, then do you role Jones down back and drop a tall or bring Rotham in for a tall?

Unsure really on where the injury list will be at with Hunt for example and whether he's going to come in via the WAFL or if they get him straight back in.

If Kelly is available he is straight in as is Hunt. Other than that didn’t see anyone in the Beagles worth picking. You could drop Gaff and Sheed but at 3 quarter time you could take your pick. Simmo said Kelly looks like he will be back for Hawks. Hoping we see 3 weeks at the end of the year with Hewett, Reid, Ginbey, Chesser, Yeo and Kelly with Flynn rucking to them.

It’s not their fault mate , he is still putting a game plan together that includes them.
You are correct they have been great servants and I hate seeing them bagged by our fans especially as the bloke should be bagged which is the coach seems to have zero responsibility at this club, it’s always someone else’s fault.

Duggan should be ok because we got the bye this week remember.

When it comes to picking the Essendon team I re-he-he-heally could care less...they're gonna be witches hats again until number 9 comes back.

Intrigued by Brockman as a burst midfield option. We need to be more dynamic at stoppages, as evidenced by Ryan and Petch swinging the game much in the same way Rioli used to in his midfield shifts.

Brockman has spent a good chunk of time midfield in the WAFL, and absolutely glides around looking a class above, but I wonder if he’s cut out for it as a five minute burst twice a game role at AFL level or if it’s just wishful thinking.

Ryan definitely, but Brockman no.
