Not at all. I just don't think some show the proper appreciation for what he has done.
He's out of form and hashed a good run with injuries over the last 2-3 years, doesn't mean we need to shit on what he has done.
What he has done & achieved is admirable. His 2017 finals series was amazing.. 2019 injury heroics. Amazing.

Sadly he's not he player he was. Copped injuries no doubt. But he's a walk up start again in 2024.

I have given up selection melting.

4 or 5 players I don't rate but the club do.

Yes ... he is out of form ... should find it in the VFL ... that's what it is for ... Macca has turned his season after one match in the middle at VFL level ... stupidity not to do the same for Graham

I guess Smith will be the sub? 6 + Balta playing back (you'd assume he would, named on the bench to keep the Cats guessing) otherwise we look too small down back. Although I didn't realise Henry is only 189cm, so we probably could get away with Miller on Hawkins and Broad on Cameron, who did a great job on him last year. So to conclude I actually don't know what end Balta will line up, but I think in defence is more likely.

Otherwise if Smith isn't the sub and it ends up being Campbell (the most likely candidate behind Smith even though he was pretty solid last week), then surely that means someone is moving out of the backline and hopefully that is Short. He could do with a run through the midfield where his pace was a weapon back in 2022. Or even at half forward.

I hope they finally give Mansell a run through the middle. Mansell vs Graham, you know what you will get with Graham, but Mansell is hard, quick and a decent kick. And he is not doing much at half forward. What have we got to lose.

I'm holding judgement until we have a few more of our senior midfielder off the injury list. We saw what happened with none of them in the team, 100 point losses isn't good for the team, that doesn't teach the youngsters anything.
Hopefully Graham can actually get through 4 quarters.

have noticed adem yze will play a debutant as sub but from what I can tell regardless of performance has then given them a chance to start the following week.

Cats also have Neale, who is 203cm

My guess is Balta will take Hawkins, Broad on Cameron and Miller to Neale.

Except Green was dropped this week after debuting as the sub last week.

"Full midfield last year" + JGTI playing 20 games delivered us 13th

Break their balls to select him. Lose to the Dogs by 90 with JGTI getting injured.

Tarranto & Ross played with him in the Saints loss.

12 point loss to the Bombers with no Graham.

Anyhow lnjury to Bolton, managing Prestia while TT & JH can't get on the park. No choice this week. Mansell & Graham just a huge step down in class.

You must have been on a quite a bender the last fortnight ... he debuted against Brisbane and then played the Dreamtime game

It was Coulthard that was sub in Brisbane and went straight out again.
