It's a complex issue, but to over-simplify it for the purposes of answering your question;

1) Israel didn't ally with/support/arm ISIS
2) Israel did provide some small arms to Syrian Rebels near the Golan Heights who were not HTS, ISIS, Al-Qaeda or Al-Nusra, and were in fact the groups literally opposed to those Sunni Extremists.
3) Israel did treat wounded Al-Nusra fighters near the Golan Heights border - there's nothing wrong with this, and it does not count as any sort of evidence of Israel "supporting ISIS".

Let's clarify something; the corruption wasn't "before the invasion". It was before Zelenskyy's term in office, who campaigned heavily on massive anti-corruption reforms.

In fact, the bulk of the Ukranian corruption you're referring to occurred pre-Maidan and was a large factor in the uprising that led to the ousting of Yanukovych. A lot of the corruption resulted in money being sent to Russian oligarchs.

But... to answer your original question. Yes. Ukraine.

If I could press a button that evaporated Al Qaeda, HTS, ANF, any ISIS dregs, I would. They're backwards, regressive and generally inhuman. I look forward to a day when these people are not part of the world I live in.
