He'd go into the stoppage rotation and rack them up. If he would have no impact off the bench then he has no impact at all because he'd do no different in a half than he does in a full game.

Zurhaar and Curtis are in ripping early season form - my concerns is Laird and Milera are not as good defensively compared with Bond and Nank - today we will find out

Like the last 2 weeks, this is another game we simply have to win if we are going to be a finals side.

Theyve got more quality than our previous opponents, but we should be winning this at home.

I wouldnt say we are weak at KPD either

Im not as nervous as some in here... Norf ran over a putrid terrible Melbourne on a fast deck at Marvel in last quarter.

As Melbourne showed again yesterday, they are awful.

If we start well, break even in Midfield, our forwards could dominate today as apart from Comben they are pretty weak down there.

A lot of us, I think, are holding back on calling this one early - we SHOULD account for the current North opposition.

Should is a dangerous word though isn’t it. The lack of confidence comes from experience.

Is this a game that reinforces the work we have left to do … or add to the proof that we have actually improved mentally and strategically?

Centre clearance work will be important, they have a dominant ruck and it's the easiest time to score if you break well directly from the bounce.

Limiting scores from stoppage will be the easiest way to win the game, because North will turn over the ball just a matter of punishing them when they do.

I would say thats arguably one of the best tall/small combinations to have deep forward in the AFL.

Agree, they are all effort and no system. They have some talent and we will have to be switched on, but they shouldn't threaten us at home tbh
