Max, I was there, it was a very good last 45 mins from OI. Gee they move the ball well. Panthers were awesome for 2.5 quarters and will take confidence from their performance, but to me seemed to struggle with the bigger bodies of OI as the match went on. OC’s run slowed in the heat, but OI didn’t get any thinner in the contest. Outside Woofindin, Carey don’t have many big bodies or many players who aren’t aged 18-23. The experienced crew from OI dominated late.
Thanks Hip. We definitely are thick across the board. Even most of our Under 19’s (6 of them) are solid. Will be hoping they load the replay tonight so I can watch from the hot and humid Bali.

Yes the club prides itself on it half time afternoon teas.
Our lunches also go very well.
Got some feedback stating we were a bit lucky with your outs. The boys have put a lot of work in their own and team fitness.
For the record we have 12 of our boys are 23 or less. Average age of the backline is 21.
Some work to do from our boys (especially around discipline). Maybe a few extra 400’s for a few boys.

Also grateful to the Ormond for agreeing to play under 19’s at 9.20am. Smart move.
Watched OM's v OGs today. Saw one of the great individual performances. Noah Yze somehow playing for OM's. How he is not on AFL list is incredible. Cannot imagine he will play another ammo game. OM's should consolidate in B this year. Interesting if they can get close to OI next game.

High quality game at Chelsworth. OI too good in the end on a very hot day. No excuses. Look forward to getting them on Dunshea later in the year.

When we (ormond) played them 2 years ago in C , you could see they were both building and likely to go much higher than that and good on them
