Hi all
I recently had a post deleted and was given some demerit points for sharing my thoughts on a couple young girls coming through our women’s program.

All I did was share a post about how I was following some young and upcoming players. For some of us we enjoy watching these young players develop their careers from a young age to see how far they can go. I don’t believe I have done anything that warrants this warning. I believe that the tracking and researching of these young players is beneficial to this board. As I have stated previously, being young talented prospects, these players will attract attention and should expect it. I am unsure why my reporting on young female players has been seen as inappropriate as we have always supported the same standards for young male players on this board. I have not harboured inappropriate relationships with these players. I have not gone and sat with them at school footy games, and I have not messaged them at all. I have simply watched from a distance, or even online when games have been streamed and made some notes on their style of play.

This is the last I will comment on this, I just do not want to be silenced by one when I am speaking to a large group.

Totally agree ,i read your post before it was deleted , i found nothing wrong with any part of it, double standards.

Yo yo test is slow on the way back. The original beep tests weren't.

Not quite - Yo yo has 10 seconds/metres of active recovery after each 40m loop. So there are witches hats 20m apart and another one 5m back
