Yeah it's really hard to see what he offers. He's competitive in the ruck but rarely hits it to advantage and he's an absolute liability everywhere else on the field.

If the umpire calls STAND anyone from your team can STAND.

If the umpire tells you to STAND and someone else STANDS, it is a 50 metre penalty.

If the umpire calls STAND STAND you have to STAND on one leg or it's a 50 metre penalty.

Have I got that right?
