Think of how much money $700k a year is to a 20 year old !!!
My son is nearly 20 and I can’t imagine him with that much coin.

My point is that if he and his girlfriend really , really want to go back to Victoria then $100k here or there probably isn’t a huge factor, they are killing it either way .
Then in 3-4 years time if he projects as good as everyone is carrying on he’ll be worth a $800- 1 million / year . Set for f*n life , can’t lose !

I’d like to see Brayshaw get more , he’s better than Cerra .
And I want to see Luke Ryan get paid whatever he damn well wants because he bloody deserves it !

Don’t agree entirely.
With him staying :
- Keeps the young Vic friendship group together
- Provides a Mundy replacement keeping strength in the midfield thus giving existing and potential incoming players more confidence in the team’s future.

- Provides JLo some comfort in factoring him into future game plans

It’s like any business , you can’t run it efficiently if you don’t know if people are coming or going .
I wouldn’t underestimate his signature in the current position the club is in .

Their key players are in their last year or two, they will want to be able to replace superstars with draftees

Just on this, CJ is much more likely to be available than Bolton.

A lot of the noise is that we're happy to let CJ go for some reason?? That might change if he keeps playing the way he has been though.
