Yeah, I'm gonna have to go and take Rhys Stanley back off this list.

His body might not let him play like he did last night every week but a cameo of that every few weeks was well worth the endeavour

Besides, if it's the club begging him to stick around rather than him trying to hang on a year too long, then it doesn't even count IMO.

Liam Jones and Johannisen unfortunately look cooked

Jack Viney apparently got a 4 year contract last year and looks absolutely cooked .

Jack Viney's contract is going to be a total disaster

Max Gawn , Steven May , Tom McDonald , Jake Melksham all cooked

Hamling, with a bullet.

If he scrapes his way to five more games this year and 100 career AFL games, it would have to be one of the weirdest 100s ever.

Drafted by Geelong in 2011. Moved on without (to my recollection) ever coming close to making his debut. Picked up by the Dogs, finally cracking it for his first game and some regular AFL footy in season four. Became a key pillar in the Dogs 2016 premiership win. Moved home to Fremantle right as they were becoming a non-factor and played solid football there for a few years. Disappeared off the planet around the COVID seasons. Joined Sydney in 2024, making his debut for them this year. 14 seasons, seven of which he played fewer than five games, six seasons where he's played 0-1 game, only three seasons (all with Freo) where he played more than 12.

I saw him play our VFL last season at the SCG at FF and kicked a bag. Odd career.

I saw Hamling running around for Peel in the WAFL a couple of years ago and thought gees is this bloke still playing? He’s like a cockroach doesn’t know how to give up. Credit if he gets to 100 games not many AFL players achieve that feat.
