Further to that, since 2021 any AFLW team that lost the grand final has won it the following year 🤞
You know jess_1804, I love true facts and even reverse psychology but two days out from a grand final saying all that can make some people very nervous, superstitious is a funny word and many people laugh it off but in their own home you might be surprised at how many times people have said or done things before a big game relating to superstition. I think the best team will win, but... :cautiousv1:

I should have mentioned she is more than welcome to sit with my group but I understand that probably seems creepy. I’m sure there’s someone with kids she could tag onto.
Well done Luke72, you are a good person, I always say, "what goes around, comes around", nice bit of work! đź‘Ť

I think this is optimistic. I think a winning Grand Final and they both retire. We showed that we don't need Kearney any more, and she needs to move on into coaching. I know less about Shierlaw, but their age mitigates against a long future.
Yeah I could see Shierlaw retire if we win in which case we could make a play for Taylah Harris who is out of contract with pies and hawks chasing her and is very close with Libby birch

Kearney will play on and is contracted for 1 more

If there’s any justice, they’ll get an early injury this year. Hopefully, not us again. 🙏
Unfortunately injuries are just part of football & wouldn’t wish them on anyone
Get the point in that we were unlucky with Jenna going down early (at all) last year but had nothing to do with Brisbane

Let’s hope we beat them at full strength injury free no excuses

💙🤍💙

I meant, if there is to be an injury - I hope it’s them not us…

It is such testament to Ruby's work that she's mentioned in the same sentence as an all time GAA gun and two time AFLW premiership player
In my view, I’d actually say she has the edge over both. However, their roles are more important in the greater scheme of things.

Fair enough all good
Fingers crossed the girls get it done whatever happens

Sorry if I misinterpreted your post
I didn’t want to come across all high & mighty you’re a passionate North supporter & have enjoyed your contribution to all things AFLW throughout the season

2 more sleeps🤞💙🤍

🤣 All good, C. My original post was a bit “ambiguous” - to say the least.

I didn’t know the bench side was an option - thought it was for friends and family and AFL officials (so they can watch the show).
You just walk around in front of the admin bit. Having done it once I walked back to the grandstand at the next quarter break.

If it weren’t for the fact the whole pregame will face the wrong way I wouldn’t bother with it.
