Carlton have to fix their HB line. No good kickers, and only Saad brings any speed.

They should try rolling Motlop through centre bounce and then push him forward. There's definitely a few tactical moves Voss can make, but I think he's not much of a tactics guy.

I think Carlton will have a few wins in Winter when their bash and crash plan is more suitable, so I can't see the Hawks getting a top 3 pick but I think it will be a top 10 pick.
