Could imagine pushing finals.
I think that'll be where they end up, there'll be more mergers in the league yetCould imagine pushing finals.
I probably wont play mate....And not even full strength I am told
It will be a case of merge or wither. I dont think the league will exist in its current form within 5 years. If the Lions did go Bendigo you would think Gissy would be gone to Ballarat wouldnt you otherwise travelling would be a pain. Maine might fallover if they dont have successI think that'll be where they end up, there'll be more mergers in the league yet
Lion's aren't going to BFL.It will be a case of merge or wither. I dont think the league will exist in its current form within 5 years. Maine might fallover if they dont have successand you cant really see Maryborough returning to BFL.
Just a bunch of mates wanting to play together for the love of the sport. Nothing to see here, just move on.Whoever is doing the books there is doing a great job to keep everything within the cap![]()
Laughable…Ben Rose, Ben Walklate, Glenn Wyatt to name a couple of much better optionsJust a bunch of mates wanting to play together for the love of the sport. Nothing to see here, just move on.
Does anyone know who did the weeky times team?. I'm guessing he was from Wedderburn. Tonkin on the wing.WTF
Ben Rose a genuine star. Came from Inglewood, played Burn then went to Castlemaine and made a name for himself in BFL. Lightly built and fearless and could fly.Laughable…Ben Rose, Ben Walklate, Glenn Wyatt to name a couple of much better options
Also looking at the seconds scores all 3 completed games won by 120 points or more. Lack of numbers/depth a huge worry. You would think some pride needs to be swallowed and mergers to happen sooner rather than later.Charlton already down by over 100 and it's not even 3 quarter time. New points system doing wonders..........

Almost as if 4th spot is not where you want to finish if your going to get docked points. The strength of these 3 teams means those below are going to have to merge if they are to win any final.Calder, Sea Lake and Bulls making massive statements with those games. Hopefully this evenings game is close.

Yep mens, womens and kids comps every week. Even have a bye round in footy to accommodate state titles in a Melbourne in May or June. One of the few leagues if not the only one statewide where hockey footy and netball all play under the same banner. They still got hockey in the comp? Remember watching it at Wedderburn years ago. Could not believe it!
That's actually quite brilliant. Does it impact footy numbers or simply attract a different type of sports person?Yep mens, womens and kids comps every week.
