In this format now, I think teams are prepared to give away a run or an extra, in order to get a wicket. Case in point, Ashwin bowling a wider delivery, and Dhoni stumping the batsman.
Only batting roads, more teams should look to employ this tactic, bowling wide of the blue line to entice the batters to dance down the wicket/shuffle down the wicket . Im actually surprised why its not employed more. Your happy to concede 2-3 runs in wides, in order to get a batsman to do something a bit out of their comfort zone especially when you having a batsman striking at 180+ strike rate.

Sentiment may have got over the Chennai management and coaching staff batting Dhoni ahead of J Overton last night. Overton was striking them well but ran out of deliveries, with Chennai ending up losing by 6 runs.

Surely with the game on the line, you have the better current player over a past champion?

JFM team won last night, but you left after watching that game last night, he was the only downer on an otherwise fairly comprehensive team performance. JFMs boundaries were alot of mistimed shots, and the odd one just coming off the bat on a very small boundary.

Raghuvanshi has looked solid in this PP for KKR.

Narine, Rahane and De Kock maybe past their prime in this format for me.

The way that KKR have batted early , they may be tempted to use their Impact Sub on a batter here.
And KKR have activated their Impact Sub , in Manish Pandey at 5/45.
