Not equals, never claimed they were

But saying one is good and one is bad because of politics is dumb.
Yes and your complaining about it I'm sure has nothing to do with politics at all.

Just like the two events themselves have nothing to do with politics right?

Nope, it’s personal, the victims are just the middlemen, we all know whom the target is.
I’m sure he’s able to afford a big security detail, he’s going to need it for a very very long time.

I think my post history in this thread makes my position on Elon Musk pretty clear.

I just tend to think that setting peoples cars on fire is a step too far in making a demonstration. It's a crime, and shouldn't be celebrated just because it hurts your political enemy (it's not terrorism though)

Blowing up someone's car isn't vandalism, it's arson.
The perceived danger of driving one is enough to put people off buying one these days so the campaign has worked. Ironically it's the not dissimilar to what Trump is doing against people who might seek to criticise him.

Property damage ain’t the same as people damage….. not even the same ballpark.

One deserves punishment - the other harsh punishment.
And yet governments get away with both all the time

So do billionaires

Really those rules only apply to people the government wants to enforce them against

Seems like DOGI to me, rather than DOGE
He said that because either he actually believes it or he made it up to cover for the fact that he was just there to close any department that was investigating or regulating him or businesses he is involved in.

It’s also a data grab.

They now have the information on who donates to which political party…..

Yeah incredible that a man who was convicted and sentenced for lobbing a bomb into a room full of police could be pardoned by a president….
I'm not a Trump supporter.
Or were you talking about people who damaged property??
Politically motivated property damage meets the definition of domestic terrorism according to some experts.

That’s not very empirical there old chap!
You’re becoming very loose with your language comprehension and assumptions these days unfortunately.
The same argument could be made for the many good revolutions throughout history that those that opposed the regime were domestic terrorists.
Also, what you’ve asserted could be construed as a weak semantic position and added to that, an argument from authority.
Weak fallacies evolved, you should and do know better from my encounters with you on other matters of discussion.
Very undisciplined.

I have no expertise in the law and don't pretend to. I've posted evidence from those who do - take it, leave it, or oppose it. Genuinely interested in Malifice's thoughts.

This isn’t a contention of Law, it is a subjective opinion by these so called experts you’ve failed to identify.
More than happy for Mal to be summoned, but you’ve still not displayed a position worthy of attention, in my view.👍

I shared the same link previously.

An Ex-CIA officer is hardly an expert on the law.

Are you aware of some of the known recent CIA activities?
