I’m not sure that people have being rating Durham is elite. Where you getting this nonsense? I created a thread on the topic of Essendon players with elite potential. That entire thread didn’t once mention Durham as an elite player that I can recall. Everyone seems pretty realistic that Merrett is our only elite player. Durham was debated as to whether he can ever take that next step or just simply van ish from sight?

For Essendon one late first or early second 18-25, a team in the window like Brisbane losing Joey might offer higher.

He's a hard one to value tbh. I reckon you're on the money if we pick up his whole contract, if Carlton chip in the pick slides up.

I mean he was still in the top 10 KPFs last year, but his value this year has probably fallen off a cliff for the reasons you mentioned.

Seems like a no-brainer if it's only a late first rounder. It's in a part of the ground that we desperately need a genuine star. McKay's goals per game is only slightly less than Charlie's and marks (slightly) higher. You would think he would be happy to come to us to play with his brother.
