North president pumping up WA deal and how happy players and coaches are was a pearler today.

Seems a smart operator but a little to much spin. Its a financial decision

Those committed to underpaying the power he still had and poor performance for that few years belong here as well.

The only defence was supposed loyalty to the club and a essendon person. Well that's proven to be a lie as well.

Poor at his Job and was always more interested in his own self interest and ego than essendon.

Most unbiased afl fans have said it for years.

Puts paid to his narrative that stepping away was somehow his/a mutual decision. And you're right, his saving grace in terms of his legacy was that he loves the club and, while he may not have achieved much, everything he did was what he thought was in the best interests of the club as opposed to self-interest. Can't fault him for exercising his rights if he's legally entitled to $$ but he's done so at the expense of the scraps of a legacy he could have held on to.

On the other hand I'm glad to know that he was pushed out kicking and screaming. Shows that this administration has some backbone, and has achieved what previous admins haven't been able to. Confidence in the new admin is growing for me.

I don’t have access to Age articles but this looks like new information -hadn’t heard there was a dispute involving fair work.

Suffice to say, he ain’t coming back / influencing any decisions any time soon.

Well, maybe if Essendon kept pick 9 one of a number of clubs would have bid earlier on Kako. Excellent result from Rosa and the team.

Dan Batten from the HS gave us a 6/10 in the print version and mentioned some of the criticism was over the top. Maybe they online version was really Mick Ablett.

This was after Essendon booted Dodoro and Dodoro took Essendon to FairWork. That must be the definition of a club fed up with an underperforming list manager or whatever hyped up title and a disgruntled employee.
