Disagree..I see a guy that is the ultimate professional who throws everything into the game and is pissed off his teammates aren't up to his standard. He's a perfectionist and fully invested.

Yeah he did. When he wasn't making clangers he was waving pom poms on the sidelines adding some #demonspirit to the occasion.
Incredible effort by anyone that sat through that absolute mess. Cats weren't even good. Id even say they were pretty ordinary, yet we managed to only kick 6 goals. I thought we'd be bad this year, but not this bad.
Keep the key young pieces mixed in with a few older heads that actually try, and start the rebuild with new coaching group and new list management. It's the only way out of this mess. Can't even look to the VFL for anyone decent up and coming. Depth is garbage.
Keep Langford, Lindsay, Windsor and McVee. The rest is up for grabs. That's how bad the list is. I'd say keep Trac and Koz, but they are the only pieces worth anything. If we can get 2-3 first rounders and a couple of 2nd rounders in the next draft, the rebuild starts. But only with a new coaching group and list manager. Pointless if Goody and Lamb stay on. Untenable now surely. Worst start in 13 years.

I love Melksham, and he can certainly teach a lot of younger boys.
But it really did feel like a feel good extension so the club could promote a puff piece

Youre overlooking how proud he is though and how much that helps the team.
Another great extension by Lamb and Club. Viney is cooked and we have him for how much longer?? Not only is he slow, he can't hit a target to save himself. So many players either going backwards, looking cooked, or just not up to the standard. Not only is the gameplan embarrassingly bad, but the player development is a disaster.
We have him for 4 more years lol.
We extended him like he was Danger or something.
Should have let him go to North, we could have taken the pick they gave for Caleb Daniel which we could have turned into Moraes.
