Punished by pr0n? How so mate?I don't know why you take the comments so seriously, stormskye. They are throw away remarks uttered in exasperation and desperation regarding what is unfolding before the eyes of the poster. I don't give them a second look and nor do I care. These threads are posted in and then promptly forgotten. Post game analysis becomes the new thread of choice. Then next week's line up.
Generally I don't understand how some people are able to post so prolifically in the game thread. I don't like to miss the play.
Today, I watched via a 'stream, where leaving the game for another webpage was punished with 2-3 minutes of pr0n and assorted uninvited paraphernalia pop-ups, then lot's of clicking of X's before the game reappears in full screen.
Especially poor performances like today's allow me to happily miss some action to express in un-crafted prose the frustration I am experiencing. Otherwise, I don't much more than glance at the last few pages of the game thread.
Someone like Rowell or Parish with elite clearance ability and great breakaway speed would be perfect for usthis is it, our centre square players are all slow apart from Naicos
huge opportunity for McInnes tomorrow, needs to take it.
unfortunately MaCrae is injured, although not quick, he would be in the side
Mitchell, Adams and Lipinski can never be in the same side again
W Day, Worpal, even Newcomb. They flew away from stoppage.Who were the inside speedsters in the Haw team?
I don’t take anything personally mate. Just amazing how some give up so easily. I avoid match day threads for a combination of both wanting to watch the game and also avoiding the cesspit that is game day threads.
I’m confident we can turn it around
How can you lay blame to forwards when the mids got pantsed all day and the backs were giving away goals at a comedy level rate?our fragile forward line will be our undoing
Re-entering a stream requires being forced to endure a mildly pornographic GIF or video of a disturbingly appealing figure. To have any hope of returning to the game, it has to be clicked away. The choice is yours.Punished by pr0n? How so mate?
That makes my day. More entertaining than footy. Especially when we are losing.
I agree with both of you.How can you lay blame to forwards when the mids got pantsed all day and the backs were giving away goals at a comedy level rate?
Neither of those have great breakaway speed . Fact is if you win clearances and hit targets you look a million time faster. That's what we were doing earlier in the yearSomeone like Rowell or Parish with elite clearance ability and great breakaway speed would be perfect for us
There’s a balance between being upset at a couple of losses and some perspective. We’ve lost 2, are down on form, but still sit top. There’s no dominating team this season. We have issues to fix, it doesn’t mean the seasons over like some have said. You have every right to be confident
As other have just as much right not to be
Yet it’s only the ones who go “against the grain” that seem to cop the insults and vitriol from others
You’d think Ginnivan is the messiah they way people are pushing for his return.
I'm not specifically referencing todays game, I'm saying that Collingwoods Achilles heel is their forward setup. How can you lay blame to forwards when the mids got pantsed all day and the backs were giving away goals at a comedy level rate?
That would be convenient for me.Bring back Grundy
Got a knock to his knee. Will get a scan and see from there.
Better then CameronBring back Grundy

Carlton 6 weeks ago we’re bottom 4, now sit in the 8. Same as gws.
We can turn it around. I’m not blind to the issues, but we aren’t top 4 by some fluke. Our best is good enough, we just aren’t playing it
All I know is the players won’t give up on the season after 2 losses like a few supporters mate. We’ve finished top 4, we can still bounce backBut you’re even ignoring those earnestly giving context and explaining where they’re coming from
Again, this isn’t just two weeks
It’s been two months
That’s fine if you believe we’ll turn this around.
I personally don’t think we will. Because I’m not sure our coaches think we’ve been that bad for as long as I think we have
Based on McRae’s presser, he think it’s just been the last two weeks
Which is a MASSIVE concern imo
