another win on the road and another strong performance by the Suns.
As for the Roo's it back to the drawing board and working on that defence.

North will win 7/8 games this year and will be a good base to really improve in 2026
not sure how long Clarko is contracted for but was never going to be an easy rebuild after what north have been through with coaches and instability. I just hope 7/8 wins is still bottom 4
I have that as a pass mark for Clarko this season needs to be 6+ wins

An improved Kangas with very little injured players should be 3-2 at this stage of the season. Played a very injury depleted Dogs and Swans where 1 win should have come, and really today could have won if they wanted it. We are a sad sack of shit 1 - 4.

Let’s stop this BS about umpires influencing the end result. Here are the main reasons why the Kangas lost today and are now 1-4 facing a pumped up Carlton for next week.
  1. They cannot stick tackles with the exception of Konstanty/Curtis.
  2. Xerri and Powell have gone backwards on 2024 form (less the Melb game). X might be injured, but if he is don’t play him.
  3. McKercher is a front runner and is playing like a #62 draft pick with no passion in the contest. Off to the VFL some for a few weeks to give you and the Tassie Devils a reality check if you are going to be a great junior only.
  4. Clarko gifting games to a slow and under done Logue. Off to VFL and bring Pink back who offers more (how sad is that?).
  5. Discipline of Zuurhar/Curtis/Comben with down the field frees.
  6. Energy and confidence-sapping stupidly efforts at key times in a match. Cmon down Jy you have won a jam tin that you can’t even kick over.
  7. Defense set-up to let the Suns small forwards run training drills and kick a high amount of open play goals. Who is the coach here? Hang your head in shame.
  8. Suns midfield (Miller and Rowell) flicked the switch at the halfway mark of the 3rd QTR. We bought experience in to stop this shite as the Suns went bang, bang, bang. Game over red rover in 10 mins.
Next week.

Out: McKercher, Logue, Powell, Fisher
In: Wardlaw, Pink, Archer, Phillips. Hardemann to not be Sub.
