Yeah beware of those who are willing to study the draft and form and opinion without having the context of what list managers know inside the four walls of 18 clubs.

Pommy had an opinion on Jagga, as did Dylan.

You seemed to be okay with it when you were consuming the content, which mind you, was FREE for you to watch.

I've worked with Pommy for 5+ years now and I can tell you, the work he puts in with the draft is second to none.

Have a think about that next time you hide behind your faceless profile on a forum taking a pot shot.

Go Blues
😂😂 this should be your next click bait update!

👀 THEY SAID WHAT?! 👀 TIME TO SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT! 💪🏽 👊🏼

I agree with most of this but using a pseudo influencers position to state something as categorically not happening always will open you up to pot shots. Especially if you do blend some inside word in and sometimes you don't. Being categorical in Carlton not taking jagga - why ? Just a bad position to take and push so certainly and immediately undermines any work he has put in. Anyone who studied this draft would've known picking a player at the top end was almost no lose and jagga was always a possibility. Always.

So why didn't he receive the same energy for correctly picking Harry O'Farrell as one of the selections in the pick #38 video?

I know nothing about the draft so I just go along for the ride.

Jagga will be great for us. I'm pumped for him.

Where we were picking, needs (stated by Austin as well as obvious), family connection, any half decent bookmaker would have had him long odds on. (The other bloke I liked more and we had reported multiple contacts with ended the year in a moonboot)

Pommy is good value entertainment and, yes does get plenty right and clearly does some research, but quite a few times have bitten my tongue and not called him out where some fact checking is in order. It is what it is.

Making a buck out of footy content when quite cleverly reporting second and third hand info while making some extrapolation is well and good. Good luck to him, but expect to be called out when making definitive statements which are proven incorrect.

Kudos for defending your mate, but carrying on the conversation will do no favours.

If you don't rate Pommys content nobody is forcing you to watch it.

Just don't watch it. Saves you having to whinge about it on here.

Time to let it go and move on.

Thread has gone off topic enough.
